I frankly dont care if people wear the cartoon hairstyle they want. Technically my character is wearing exactly what they thought to be an afro for black ladies, but it is also the closest hairstyle for my curled, poofy, full of tangles consistently hair. People behave like every white person hairstyle is comprised, I actually cant find anything close to the braids I usually wear in game. I understand why people are able to get up in arms, but jeez when she wants to wear area buns and those are the closest cartoon sprite then SHE'S NOT TRYING TO WEAR AFRO BUNS.

I had been from the Animal Crossing community on Twitter this summer, and that I had to leave it as it turned into the most toxic place I'd ever seen. It was a clusterfuck of individuals hoping to cancel each other constantly, entirely wild.animal crossing - you CANNOT right a culture in animal crossing. It is hopeless. There is not any hairstyle/skin color combinations which can even start to border cultural appropriation within the totally innocent game. Anybody who thinks otherwise is just wrong, and some other subsequent points brought up that go against that debate can immediately be ignored, as they are incorrect.

Who else had a picture in their minds of what the"space buns"/"afro puffs" were likely to look like, then clicked the screenshot and was just like"THAT'S what they had been mad about? Lumpy low res dollops of brownish pixels!? "It seems like that these people reside really empty lives devoid of actual relationships/careers/hobbies should they have enough time and power to go so hard to something so insignificant.I've really got an appointment on Friday with someone who apprenticed with them and now I'm even more excited.
