This conclusion was reached by ShiftYourCarcass, a Redditor, in a June 26 blog post.

The legendary gems of six stars are required, according to some previous calculations, to equip a character fully.

The character's maximum value is close to $100,000, and a single five-star gem costs approximately $16,600.

ShiftYourCarcass discovered, after going a little deeper, "Hide whale-related'mechanic' that occurs when you upgrade a 5/5 star gem to level 10 that is tied to a piece gear that is above rank 6."

The "awakening" process will take place, and the gem will be surrounded by five additional slots. This indicates that a player must place five additional legendary gems in these slots to upgrade them to rank 10.

Due to "arousing," a client will require 36 (!) rather than only six 5-star pearls to max their level.

"To awaken a gem that is at rank 10, you will need to purchase an item that is only available in the cash shop for violet orbs, also known as dawning Echos. It costs approximately 1000 eternal orbs." ShiftYourCarcass points out that's about $30 per gem awakening.
